Vienna Parkside Residence
Overview
At the beginning of November 2021, LSG Building Solutions signed the contract with CVE RESIDENCE ALPHA, for the design of the Vienna Parkside Residence residential complex. Thus, our company will carry out both the technical design for all design phases for the specialties of structure, architecture and MEP, as well as the necessary documentation to obtain all authorizations.
The residential complex will have a built area of approximately 65,000 sqm, of which:
- 568 apartments;
- Above-ground and underground car parks ~ 700 places;
- Commercial spaces including a restaurant – approximately 2000 sqm.
The underground part will have a built area of approximately 12,000 square meters which will include parking spaces, ALA (civil protection shelter) and other necessary technical spaces.
This project will be GREEN HOMES certified and we will fully comply with nZEB (NEARLY ZERO ENERGY BUILDINGS) standards.
Starting this year, nZEB standards are mandatory for all new construction and aim to improve energy and environmental performance. Regarding the GREEN HOMES certification, this is both an important indicator of quality in terms of energy, but also takes into account aspects related to health, consumption, sustainability, landmarks that can no longer be ignored and that we, the LSG team , we want to implement them
