Certification Criteria

Compliance Note 1: The Green Homes and Green Mortgages program takes into account all relevant standards and regulations in effect at the time of project registration published in the official monitor.
Compliance Note 2: For buildings registered in the Green Homes & Green Mortgages program before 17.02.2023, the energy calculation methodology applicable at the date of project registration will apply.
Compliance Note 3: The calculation of the number of equivalent consumers for each apartment is performed according to the formula below. The total number for the whole building is the sum of consumers calculated for each apartment.
Compliance Note 4: Projects registered after 1st of June 2024 will comply with the V04 version of the Green Homes standard. The Green Homes certification is taxonomy aligned. For details click here.
